Q: When will I be charged for my weekly subscription?
A: Your credit card will be charged on Monday of each week for the upcoming inserts. You will NOT be charged on week's when no inserts are published.
Q: When will my weekly subscription ship each week?
A: All weekly subscriptions ship on Wednesday and you will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking information for your package.
Q: Can you explain why I may be charged a different amount each week?
A: Weekly subscribers are charged based upon the number of inserts published. On average, there are 2 inserts published each week. However, when there are 3+ inserts published you will be charged more and when there is 1 insert published you will be charged less.
Q: Is my credit card information safe?
