A: We are located in Central Florida. We ship throughout the continental United States.
A: Combo Packs allow you to receive multiple copies of each insert that was published. We call them Combo Packs, because each week there is a combination of different inserts.
The Combo Packs come in 2-Pack, 4-Pack, 6-Pack, and 10-Pack. This means that you will receive X-number of copies of each insert that was published. For example, if you order a 4-Pack Combo on a week when there was a SmartSource and Save published, you will receive 4 copies of the SmartSource and 4 copies of the Save.
Q: When are the new coupon inserts available to order?
A: We post Pre-Order Combo Packs (for the upcoming Sunday) on Monday of each week. All Pre-Orders ship by Thursday. We post single inserts (for the upcoming Sunday) on Thursday of each week.
Q: How do I know when the new coupon inserts are posted?
A: Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Twitter for new inventory alerts, exclusive sales, and coupon codes.
Q: Where can I see a list of the coupons that will be in the upcoming coupon inserts?
A: We post a "general" coupon preview by Monday of each week. This "general" coupon preview DOES NOT reflect the coupons that may or may not be in our inserts. We post the exact coupons that will be in our coupon inserts by Friday and that list can be found in the product description of the coupon insert that you are interested in ordering. You can also refer to the Sunday Coupon Schedule to see which coupon inserts to expect each week.
Q: I am new to couponing. How many coupon inserts should I order each week?
A: The number of coupon inserts that you should have on hand largely depends on the size of your family and the amount of storage you have available for your stockpile items. If you are a coupon newbie, we recommend starting out with six coupon inserts each week and as you grow into the coupon game, you can always order more. Also, always order at least two of each insert (or, in even numbers if ordering more than two). All stores offer promotional ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ sales and you can use one coupon on the item you ‘Buy’ and one coupon on the item you get ‘Free’.
Q: Can I use these coupons at my stores in my area?
A: Yes. All of our coupons are manufacturer's coupons (unless specified otherwise) and are valid at any store in the United States that accepts manufacturer's coupons (grocery stores, drug stores, Walmart, Target, etc).
Q: Why are the coupons I received from you different than the ones in my local newspaper?
A: Coupons vary by region and different areas receive different coupons/values. Typically, the larger the city, the better the coupons. All of our coupon inserts are considered “premium inserts” and typically include more coupons with higher coupon values.

Placing an Order:
A: Use the SHOP drop down menu at the top of the page to select Weekly Subscriptions (recurring order) or Sunday Coupon Inserts (one-time order).
- Clicking on Weekly Subscriptions will take you to our Weekly Subscription products.
- Clicking on Sunday Coupon Inserts will show you the Sunday dates that the coupon inserts were issued.
- There is also a “search” feature at the top of the page if you are looking for a specific coupon that may be in our inserts.
For Weekly Subscriptions: Select the Weekly Subscription Combo Pack you would like to receive each week. We will automatically process your credit card and ship you your selected Combo Pack each Wedensday hassle-free!
For One-Time Orders: We offer individual inserts for 95¢ each and Combo Packs for ordering convenience. The Combo Packs come in 2-Pack, 4-Pack, 6-Pack, and 10-Pack. This means that you will receive X-number of copies of each insert that was published. For example, if you order a 4-Pack Combo on a week when there was a SmartSource and Save published, you will receive 4 copies of the SmartSource and 4 copies of the Save.
Once everything you need is in your shopping cart, you can create an account (for free) or sign in (once you return for another order). This shares your email and shipping address with us to ensure we send your coupons to the correct address.
Next, choose the shipping method – First Class (1-5 business days, not guaranteed) or Priority Mail (2-3 business days).
The cost of First Class mail is based on the weight of your package and is automatically calculated at checkout. If First Class mail is not an option, your package exceeds the maximum weight allowed, and Priority Mail would be required.
Lastly, enter your payment method. We accept PayPal, Venmo, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Quick Tip - It’s best to order at least two of each insert (or, in even numbers if ordering more than two). Most stores offer promotional ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ sales and you can use one coupon on the item you ‘Buy’ and one coupon on the item you get ‘Free.’

Q: What is a weekly subscription?
A: Our weekly subscription service allows you to get the extra coupons that you need to save big without a lot of extra work. When you subscribe to our weekly subscription program, you select the subscription combo pack that you want each week and the coupon inserts will be automatically shipped to your door – no hassle, no fuss, no trouble.
Q: How do I sign up for a weekly subscription?
A: Visit our Weekly Subscriptions page, select the Combo Pack that you would like to receive each week, and add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. The credit card that you use for the initial subscription purchase is the same credit card that will be charged each Monday.
Q: When will I be charged for my weekly subscription?
A: Your credit card will be charged on Monday of each week for the upcoming inserts. When NO inserts are scheduled — The Coupon Marketplace will be providing our weekly subscribers with an exclusive mystery envelope FULL of ONLY tearpads, blinkies, and peelie coupons. These are coupons for your favorite brands and grocery aisles that you would never see in coupon inserts.
Q: Why was this week's charge more/less than last week?
A: The weekly subscriptions' handling fee will vary based upon the number of inserts for each particular week. Please refer to our Weekly Subscriptions page for details.
Q: Is my credit card information safe?
A: Security is our top priority. Your saved credit card information is encrypted using cutting-edge technology with world-class security practices and meets and exceeds all PCI-DSS requirements. These are the same requirements used by online retailers, such as Amazon, Walmart, Travelocity, etc. This encryption allows us to view only the last 4-digits and expiration date of your credit card.
Can I order more than one weekly subscription?

A: All weekly subscriptions ship on Wednesday and you will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking information for your package.

A: If you would like to increase or decrease your Weekly Subscription Combo Pack, just send us a message and we'll take care of it for you. Changes must be received no later than Saturday. Refunds will NOT be issued for change requests made AFTER the Monday Autobill.
Q: How do I change my credit card on my weekly subscription?
A: Log in to your account, click on the Weekly Subscription button, and this will take you to your portal to manage your subscription.
Q: How do I change my address on my weekly subscription?
A: You can do it yourself by managing your weekly subscription in your account section or just send us a message and we'll take care of it for you. Make sure when adding a new address on your account, you attach it to your current weekly subscription. Changes must be received no later than Saturday. Refunds will NOT be issued for change requests made AFTER the Monday Autobill.
Q: How do I cancel my weekly subscription?
A: Log in to your account, click on the Weekly Subscription button, and this will take you to your portal to manage your subscription. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation. If you do not, please contact us.
If you prefer for us to cancel for you, cancellation requests must be made no later than Saturday. Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellation requests made AFTER the Monday Autobill.
Shipping:
A: Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. EST (Monday through Saturday) will ship that same day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST will ship the following business day. You will receive an email with the tracking information for your package once your order has shipped. You can also view your tracking information by logging in to your account.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: It depends on the shipping method that you select. USPS Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days, and USPS First Class Mail takes 2-5 business days (not guaranteed). You will receive a tracking number when your order ships, which will allow you to track your package as it travels to you.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer several shipping methods:
- Fedex 2Day: $9.50
- First Class Mail with Tracking: If your order qualifies for First Class Mail (must weigh less than 16 oz.), this shipping option will be available at checkout. Shipping charges vary based on weight of inserts and will be calculated at checkout.
- USPS Priority Mail with Tracking:

41-100 inserts $16.00
101-200 inserts $21.90
Q: Why doesn’t my order qualify for First Class Mail?
A: First Class Mail has a 16 oz. weight limit and because our inserts are full of coupons, this weight limit only allows the shipment of a small number of inserts (typically less than 10).
Q: I paid for Priority Mail and it has been more than 3 days and I still have not received my order.
A: Although the Post Office strives to deliver your Priority Mail package within 2-3 business days, it does not guarantee that you will receive it by then. Factors such as holidays or extreme weather can delay the delivery of your order. If you have not received your order by the 5th business day after your order was shipped, please contact us.
Q: The coupons have expired by the time I received my package. Can I have a refund?
A: No, we do not issue refunds for expired coupons. You must take the shipping time frame and expiration dates into consideration when you place an order.
Q: My tracking says that my package was delivered, but I do not have it. What do I do?
A: Send us a message and we'll do our best to hunt it down.
Electronic Gift Certificates:
Q: Are there any restrictions on gift certificates?
A: All gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates and cannot be applied to any order containing another gift certificate.
Q: How do I purchase a gift certificate?
A: Visit our Gift Certificates page, choose the value, and personalize the gift certificate for the recipient. After you checkout, the gift certificate will be emailed to the recipient's email address that you specified. We currently do not offer gift certificates that can be shipped to recipients.
Q: Can I buy gift certificates for myself?
A: Yes.
Q: Do your gift certificates ever expire?
A: No.
Q: How do I redeem my gift certificate?
A: You will need your unique gift certificate code that was emailed to you. It will look something like Z50-Y6K-COS-402. Browse the store and add items to your cart as you normally would. At checkout, enter your gift certificate code in the box allowed and it will be applied to your order.
